1) How do I qualify to attend M&C Interact?
Meeting Planners: Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed. Upon verification of your meetings history and future meetings needs, you will be notified of your acceptance.

2) Who will be attending M&C Interact?
M&C Interact will be attended by an exclusive group of top corporate, incentive and association meeting planners.

3) Is there a cost associated with attending M&C Interact?
Meeting Planners: Airfare and miscellaneous costs are at the planner’s expense. M&C provides hotel, ground transfers and all planned meal and social functions.

Suppliers: All costs except planned meal and social functions are at the supplier’s expense.

4) When and where should I plan on arriving/departing?
Attendance at the opening night event at 7:00 pm on Sunday, September 12, 2010 is mandatory so please plan your travel accordingly.

5) Will there be transportation from the airport?
Yes, complimentary transportation will be provided from Miami International Airport. Ground transportation details will be sent to you upon receipt of your arrival and departure information.

6) May I bring a guest?
We suggest that you and a guest enjoy Miami together before or after M&C Interact.

7) May I arrive early or extend my stay?

8) How many one-on-one appointments am I required to schedule and attend?
All meeting planners are required to attend a minimum number of appointments. You will be notified via e-mail once the appointment scheduler is open.

9) What should I wear?
Business casual attire is recommended for day and resort casual/elegant for evening events. The weather will most likely be warm. Average weather for Miami in September is mid-high 80s during the date and nighttime lows in the mid 70s.

Any themed events will be announced in advance.

11) Cancellation Policy
Upon acceptance of my Interact application, a valid credit card is required to hold my reservation, but will not be charged. In the unlikely event that I must cancel my attendance within 10 days prior to Interact (after September 1, 2010), I understand my credit card will be charged for three (3) hotel nights. Further, I acknowledge that a significant investment has been made by the EPIC Hotel, other sponsors and M&C Interact to host my attendance. I understand that there is no registration fee, but as part of my confirmation and attendance at Interact, I am required to participate in a minimum number of structured meetings during the assigned meeting times and attend all designated social functions. Failure to do so will result in my credit card being charged.
