Appointment Table Specifications:
1. Appointments are 20 minutes each, with a short break between. Details on appointment setting procedures will be available early summer.
2. You are only allowed to bring materials that fit on an appointment table.
3. No banner stands, logoed table covers hanging banners or photos/posters larger than 8.5x11 are allowed.
4. Electricity for your laptop will be provided.
5. Internet connection available for additional charge.
6. Table numbers will be assigned alphabetically.
7. One attendee per supplier allowed
